FLRY Wire
FLRY wire is the short name of single-core thin-wall PVC insulated flexible cable. It is a type of American standard low voltage Automotive Primary Wire . It is composed of a single core conductor and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation. Outer diameter is very small, light weight, resistance of oil, acid and alkali, moisture and temperature. Temperature tolerance grade -40~105℃ . Suitable for low-voltage wires for automotive internal electrical systems. This wire is divided into two types: FLRY-A and FRLY-B. The difference between the two is: Type A is a regular stranded conductor, and the conductor is relatively rounded. Type B is a stranded conductor. The conductor is twisted irregularly. The sliding margin between each single wire is large, and the bending resistance is small, so the bending performance of the wire harness is good. For wire and cable products that require flexibility and softness, bundled cores are mostly used. And it meet the German standard: DIN72551.
