Composition of The Medical Wire

Medical wire and cable are composed of four parts: conductor, insulation layer, shielding layer and protective layer. Medical wire conductor is the conductive part of the wire and cable, used to transmit electric energy, and is the main part of the wire and cable. Medical wire insulating layer is to electrically isolate the conductor from the ground and the conductors of different phases from each other to ensure the transmission of electric energy. It is an indispensable part of the wire and cable structure. Medical Wires and cables with a shielding layer of 15KV and above generally have a conductor shielding layer and an insulating shielding layer.
