Sensor cable is also called the sensor connector (with cable). Sensor wire and cable is a signal transmission tool. Generally speaking, the signal transmitted by the sensor is very small. In order to avoid signal interference, there is a shielding layer on the outside of the signal cable. The shielding layer of the wrapped conductor is generally conductive cloth, woven copper mesh or copper mooring (Aluminum), the shielding layer needs to be grounded, and external interference signals can be introduced into the ground by this layer to prevent interference signals from entering the inner conductor to interfere and reduce the loss of transmission signals. It include temperature sensor cable, 3 pin ,4 pin ,3 core ,4 core, 3 wire, 4 wire sensor wire etc.

Sensor cable generally has single-core or multi-core structure, the conductor can be bare copper or tinned copper. And the corresponding insulation material is selected according to the use environment of the product. The temperature resistance ranges from 80 to 200 ℃, and the low temperature performance can meet -40 ℃. Sensor Cable has excellent oil resistance, good toughness, abrasion resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance, long service life, UV resistance and energy release and many other excellent functions. It is suitable for greasy dirt and extreme low temperature environments.

Sensor cable is currently mainly used for medical equipment outdoor light boxes, construction machinery, steel production equipment, power equipment, mining machinery, ship machinery, automotive equipment, production automation equipment, temperature transmitters, hydraulic machine tools, sensors, solenoid valves, instrumentation, pressure transmitter and so on.
