As a type of Medical Cable, SPO2 blood oxygen Cable is used to measure the human blood oxygen saturation instrument special wire. It’s used to connect various medical probes, collect the patient's physiological signal. Then transmit the signal to the human blood oxygen saturation measurement instrument through the blood oxygen cable. It can divided into one-time Blood oxygen line and repetitive blood oxygen line. Because of the low cost of disposable blood oxygen cable, medical grade PVC is mainly used for insulation and sheath materials, bare copper or tinned copper for conductors, and bare copper or tinned copper for shielding. Since repetitive blood oxygen cable are higher demanding and reusable, high-strength medical grade TPU is used as the sheath material, which can meet customer requirements for ethylene oxide, high-pressure steam, and gamma sterilization. SPO2 Cable has the characteristics of high strength, good softness, anti-interference and strong anti-static property, and meets the requirements of biocompatibility (can pass cytotoxicity, skin irritation test, skin sensitization test) and other requirements, and the product meets IEC60601 and other related request.
