SXL Wire
SXL wire's full name is special purpose cross-linked polyolefin insulated wire. It is a type of American standard low voltage Automotive Electrical Wire . It’s used for vehicle internal wiring of appliance. Conductor is made of stranded bare copper wire or tinned copper wire, and insulation use special cross-linked polyethylene for automotive wires, in line with SAE J1128 and ISO 6722 standards. The long-term working temperature of the wire should not exceed 125℃
Resistant to mineral oil, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, flame-retardant, wear-resistant, and has good mechanical properties.The shrinkage length at both ends is not more than 2mm. Flame retardancy passes the self-extinguishing test after burning for 15s.
